Seller & Supplier Requirements

What a supplying party is expected to provide

This page may be shared freely with prospective suppliers. It sets out, in general terms, what MRD Investment Group expects before an offer is considered.

01

Corporate Identity

The registered supplying entity, its jurisdiction of registration and its business activity.

02

Role & Authority

Whether the party is a producer, title holder, formally mandated party, representative or intermediary — stated accurately, with the basis of the authority to offer.

03

Commodity & Specification

The commodity, product form, grade or specification and any certification relevant to the product and jurisdiction.

04

Origin

The general origin of the product, described in a manner consistent with the party's confidentiality obligations and applicable law.

05

Quantity & Availability

A realistic available quantity and, where recurring, sustainable monthly capacity. Overstated capacity ends discussions.

06

Product Documentation

The documentation appropriate to the commodity, jurisdiction and structure, available for review at the appropriate stage.

07

Supply Evidence

Evidence sufficient to establish that the offer is genuine and that the party can perform, exchanged mutually and selectively.

08

Working Procedure

The procedure proposed, including inspection, handling, settlement and responsibilities of each party, and the timeline envisaged.

Confidentiality Works Both Ways

Do not send confidential product documentation, contracts, assays or counterparty details with an initial enquiry. MRD applies the same discipline in return and does not disclose counterparty, supplier or banking information publicly.
