Geographic framing is provided in general terms only. MRD does not disclose specific mines, sites, jurisdictions of supply, refiners or counterparties on a public website.

01

Gold & Precious Metals

MRD engages in gold and precious metals transactions on a qualified, transaction-specific basis. Discussions address product form, specification, quantity, destination, inspection and settlement, in each case as agreed between the parties and confirmed in writing.

02

Mining Interests

MRD maintains an interest in mining-related opportunities and engages with mining-sector participants. We do not publish mine names, ownership positions, production figures, reserves or site information on this website.

03

Supply Relationships

Relationships are developed over time and are treated as confidential. The existence, identity, capacity and terms of any relationship are not disclosed publicly, and are discussed only where a counterparty is qualified and the disclosure is warranted.

04

Transaction Qualification

Before substantive discussion, MRD establishes who the counterparty is, the authority of the individual engaging, and whether the stated requirement is coherent, realistic and capable of being documented.

05

Logistics & Execution

Handling, security, transport, inspection and assay arrangements are addressed as applicable to the specific transaction and jurisdiction. Procedures vary and are never presented as universal.

06
