We demonstrate capability publicly and evidence privately. Supplier, refiner, counterparty and banking relationships are treated as confidential and are never published or used as marketing material.
We describe our role in each transaction accurately, and we do not represent authority we do not hold. Where we cannot act properly, we say so.
